Family

Tomorrow Andrew finally comes after having been in Virginia Beach and Atlanta for two separate conferences for about ten days. I've missed him a lot!

Our pastor and his family have taken me in during this time and it has just been such a sweet time. Every time I enter this house, the love of this family and the truth that is lived out and preached by these parents is so evident. I am incredibly grateful to have been invited into this family for these last few weeks.

It makes me think about going home for Christmas and getting to be with my own family again and all of the special times Andrew and I have enjoyed with his parents over the last months of living in Wheaton together. It also gives me a little bit more of a taste for what is to come in the future.

I'm so thankful that God created family as the "building block" for humanity.
